We try to ship in stock orders within 1-2 working days. Shipping will usually take 1-3 working days to then deliver your package to main cities around the world. Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with the delivery. Please be aware that for deliveries outside of Australia, you may have to pay import fees on arrival.
When placing your order and after entering your Post Code/Zip Code and country, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. Shipping will vary for each country and depend on which delivery option you select but the following prices are a guideline:
- Austalia: FREE
- UK: $20 AUD (including VAT)
- EU: from $35 AUD (including VAT)
- USA: $20 AUD
- Switzerland & Norway: $40 AUD
- Rest of World: from $50 AUD
Shipping Import Fees / Custom Charges
Please be advised that for deliveries outside Australia, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival.
It's impossible for us to determine these charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.
We recommend that you are at the agreed shipping address on the day of delivery as our shipping partners will require a signature. Please note that if you agree with our shipping partner that your order is left with a neighbour or at your address without being signed for, Buy Football is unable to accept responsibility if the delivery is lost or stolen.
Can I Update My Shipping Address?
We will be able to update your shipping address as long as the order has not been processed and dispatched which is usually between 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our shipping partner directly to discuss the option of changing the shipping address.
We want you to be happy with your new Buy Football purchase, so if you open your goods and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at email@example.com stating your order number. We will then email you the returns label and instructions on how to send back to us.
TIME: You have 14 days from receiving the order to post your item (it needs to be postmarked within these 14 days). We are a small, independent company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.
CONDITION: Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original condition. Please also include any dust bags or original tags and packaging within the parcel.
EXCHANGE: We are not able to directly exchange goods, so if you decide you would like a different product we will issue a store credit and you can place a new order.
REFUND: Once your goods are returned to us we will quality check them and process a refund / store credit.
Depending on the original payment it may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your account or card.
EXCEPTIONS: We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you use a trackable service when returning your order. If the package received is damaged we will contact you with photos of the damage so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
If the return is dispatched after 14 working days we will issue store credit at our discretion.
Please note that shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
