Why isn’t there any entry to mid-level products available on the website?
As mentioned before, Buy Football is run by avid footballers. Entry and mid-level products are a good product for those wanting something just to have a kick in as well as offer a great margin for retailers. However; if we wouldn’t personally use it, we wouldn’t dare sell it.
What do the attribute bars on the boots represent and how are they determined?
Each one of the boots on our website are designed and manufactured by the brand with a specific purpose in mind. With Master’s backgrounds in several fields including engineering and physiology, we have identified 4 key components with regards to functionality – Speed, Agility, Touch (Control/Accuracy) and Strength. We are very fortunate that we are able to call upon a vast group of past and present professional footballers who offer us constant, unbiased feedback regarding every product. Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, you can provided the order hasn’t already been dispatched from our warehouse. If this is the case the Buy Football Customer Service Team can easily change/cancel your order. You can contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if an item I want to purchase is not available or out of stock?
Unfortunately popular items and sizes do tend to sell out rather quickly. However, we would still recommend contacting the Buy Football Customer Service Team – we can let you know if and when the item may be restocked.

Yes, all product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Your card will be debited at the time of order. We also accept PayPal and eway transactions.
How secure is my credit card and personal information?
Your security whilst shopping with us at Buy Football is our number one priority and we take all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card details and personal details are secure. When making a purchase, your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and never stored on our servers.
What currency are the prices on your site shown in?
All product prices on the website are shown in Australian Dollars.
Domestic (Australia Wide): Free on orders $100 and over, $10 flat rate for orders under $100.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to Australia only. At the present time, unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally, however it is a service we will be providing in the near future.

Domestic (Australia-Wide): All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes within Australia.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number once the package has left our warehouse. Then visit Australia Post’s tracking service and enter in your tracking number to track the parcel: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you are not available when Australia Post attempt to deliver your package then a card will be left by the delivery driver with details to locate your package at your local Post Office or organize a re-delivery.
Do I have to pay to return my package?
If the item does not match the description of the order or the item is received as faulty, Buy Football will pay for return postage. For change of mind reasons, yes you would have to provide the postage.
What do I do if my order is faulty?
Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible if you suspect that the item received is faulty. If the age of the item falls within certain guidelines, it will be inspected by our Assessments team, and if deemed faulty due to a manufacturing error Buy Football will replace or refund the item free of additional shipping charges.
What if the style/colour of my item doesn’t match that of what I purchased?
Please refer to the above above, “Do I have to pay to return my package?”.
As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on a digital medium may not be an identical match to the physical item; therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Can I get a refund, exchange or store credit?
Yes, depending on the return reason for your order you may choose from a refund, exchange or online store credit.
How long do I have to return my order?
In the event of a change of mind, we request that all items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (ie; unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags still attached).
How do I return my order?
To return any unwanted items complete the enclosed returns form that comes with your order, use a suitable satchel as we cannot refund any orders with damaged boxes.
